Project Manager for the Introduction of a Workflow and CRM Solution based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 in the DACH Organization of a European Insurer

Project overview

For a European transformation project in the insurance environment, we are looking for an experienced project manager to support the DACH organization. The focus is on the introduction of a new workflow and CRM solution based on Microsoft Dynamics 365. Existing processes and ticketing structures will be further developed and gradually transferred into a common workflow and case management solution.

We are looking for a pragmatic and independent project manager who will take over operational project management on the DACH side and structure the collaboration between local specialist departments and the European project and delivery team.

Responsibilities

(1) Operational control and coordination of the DACH project.

(2) Planning and tracking of activities, milestones, dependencies, and risks.

(3) Preparation, moderation, and follow-up of project meetings and workshops.

(4) Consistent follow-up of decisions and action items.

(5) Coordination between business, operations, and IT stakeholders.

(6) Support in capturing and tracking business requirements.

(7) Coordination of testing, rollout preparation, training, and adoption.

(8) Preparation of project status, decision requirements, and steering documents.

(9) Support in establishing the project management framework.
