Context

Our client, an international player in banking and finance, is undertaking a modernization program for its Data & AI platform. To support this, they are looking for a senior profile capable of working on both technical and functional subjects.

The program focuses on the design and evolution of data products, decision-making solutions, and services integrating artificial intelligence, within a Microsoft Fabric environment. The goal is to better leverage data, strengthen analysis and reporting capabilities, and develop innovative decision-support tools.

• Data Analytics & BI:
• Gather business and technical requirements, then translate them into Data and BI solutions
• Design datasets, semantic models, KPIs, and analytical solutions
• Contribute to the design and evolution of reporting, particularly in Power BI
• Define business rules, verify transformations, and ensure data quality
• Write functional specifications and technical design documents
• Artificial Intelligence & Data Solutions:
• Identify relevant AI use cases for the business
• Design and deploy solutions using Microsoft AI tools, including Claude (Anthropic)
• Develop use cases for anomaly detection, data matching, classification, and intelligent information processing
• Participate in metadata enrichment, semantic search, and knowledge valorization
• Create prototypes and reusable AI components
• Data Platform & Governance:
• Contribute to the design and evolution of the Data platform under Microsoft Fabric
• Identify data gaps and evolution needs
• Define data quality, traceability, governance, and control requirements
• Work in conjunction with business teams, Business Analysts, Data Engineers, and Architects
• Produce corresponding specifications and documentation
• Innovation & Architecture:
• Design reusable, scalable, and interoperable Data & AI components and services
• Contribute to the optimization of data architecture and flows
• Propose innovative solutions to enhance the platform's robustness and value
