• Several years of senior experience in test automation and with multi-layered test frameworks
• Profound practical experience in stress and performance testing, as well as in analyzing complex error patterns
• Good programming skills in at least one language such as C#, Java, Python, or TypeScript
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and modern testing tools
• Proven effective use of AI in QA processes, for example, for test generation, maintenance, or error triage
• Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and a consistent focus on quality
• Fluent English; German language skills are an advantage

• Experience with Ranorex, Playwright, Cypress, or GitLab CI
• Knowledge in penetration testing
• ISTQB certification or a comparable qualification

• Design and be responsible for end-to-end test strategies for unit, integration, system, UI, stress, and performance tests
• Develop test harnesses and CI pipelines that detect regressions early and provide reliable feedback quickly
• Build and continuously expand automated tests for C++ desktop, .NET, and modern web applications
• Plan and conduct stress and performance tests, analyze bottlenecks and stability risks, and implement improvements with the development teams
• Collaborate closely with software development, architecture, and product management, promoting shift-left and test-driven practices
• Use AI agents for generating, maintaining, and analyzing tests, and develop reusable QA workflows for teams
• Make test results transparent and drive the continuous improvement of product quality
