Assignment Description
We are looking for a senior test lead for an assignment. You will be responsible for the entire testing work, from test strategy and planning to verification of requirements fulfillment and production readiness.
The role involves close collaboration with project management, operations, developers, architects, and security and compliance functions. The assignment may also include electronic identities, digital identification, trusted services, and integrations with external parties.
You will be responsible for developing the test strategy, test plans, and overall test setup, as well as translating regulatory and operational requirements into testable scenarios with full traceability. The role includes planning and leading system, integration, functional, and acceptance tests, including security and permissions.
You will coordinate test environments, test data, and dependencies between systems and suppliers, as well as manage defects, deviations, and risks. Furthermore, you will report test status and quality levels to project management and the steering group, and support operations in ensuring regulatory compliance before production deployment.
Requirements
- You must have solid experience as a test lead in larger IT initiatives with many stakeholders.
- You must have experience establishing test strategies and test plans from scratch.
- You must have experience leading system, integration, and acceptance tests.
- You must have experience with requirements-based testing with clear traceability, preferably linked to regulatory requirements.
- You must be able to coordinate testing work between operations, IT, and external suppliers.
- You must have experience managing security and authorization requirements in testing.
- You must have experience with defect and risk management and reporting to a steering group.
- You should have experience with eIDAS, electronic identification, digital identification, or trusted services.
- You should have experience testing integrations with external actors.
