Seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to analyze existing interfaces, conduct workshops, and develop modern user interfaces for business applications. The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders and a focus on user-centered design principles.

Responsibilities
- Analysis of existing user interfaces and user processes, planning, execution, and moderation of UX workshops with departments and stakeholders
- Recording and evaluation of user requirements and identification of optimization potential, creation of user journeys, user flows, wireframes, and clickable prototypes
- Development of modern and intuitive user interfaces for business applications, design of solutions to improve product adoption and user acceptance
- Development and validation of UX concepts based on user feedback
- Close collaboration with product owners, departments, developers, and other project participants
- Support in the introduction of new functions and concepts from the user's perspective
- Conception of modern conversational user experience approaches, for example, chatbot or chat interface solutions within the platform (desirable, but not required)
- Ensuring a consistent user experience across different application areas
- Presentation and coordination of design concepts in German and English
Requirements

- Sound practical experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer, or Product Designer in complex software or platform environments
- Demonstrable experience in designing business applications with large and heterogeneous user groups
- Extensive experience in user research, user experience design, and user interface design
- Experience in conducting and moderating workshops with departments and stakeholders
- Very good knowledge of modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma or comparable tools)
- Experience in developing and implementing user-centered product and platform solutions
- Strong communication and presentation skills in German and English
- Demonstrable track record with reference projects and a meaningful portfolio (feel free to send it along or present it in the TI)
