Senior UX Researcher / Designer

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirements analyses with focus groups as the interface between end-users and the development team
• Lead UX Research and Design, including conducting workshops
• Gather user requirements and feedback through surveys, user tests, interviews, etc.
• Develop adaptive and creative UX solutions
• Support the transition from a system-centered to a user-centered paradigm
• Define new user journeys, improve existing user journeys
• Create storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• Create low-fidelity wireframes using Figma
• Present ideas, concepts, and design solutions to various stakeholders
• Communicate with developers regarding designs and prototypes

• Completed degree in Media Design with a focus on User Experience
• More than 5 years of experience in Lead UX Research and Design in complex workflows
• Excellent skills in creating wireframes, user flows, and UX/UI designs
• High quality standards for work results
• Proven experience with Figma and Miro
• Sound knowledge of Design Thinking as well as qualitative and quantitative research methods in agile projects
• Industry experience in the energy supply sector is an advantage
• Communicative team player with a lot of initiative and enjoyment of working in an intercultural environment
• Very good English skills
