Senior UX/UI Designer – Employee Experience Platform

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer and Consultant for a challenging transformation project in the employee experience domain. You will be responsible for the redesign of a modern Employee Experience Platform based on an established solution.

Your tasks include the independent conception and implementation of user interface designs with a focus on visual hierarchy, responsive layouts, typography, and color palettes. You will define click paths, user flows, and navigation logic for all interactive elements and document them with technical precision.

A focus is placed on the development of standardized page templates and modular layout frameworks for various content archetypes and business use cases. You will optimize designs for mobile viewports, create responsive design guidelines, and technical screen specifications for desktop, tablet, and smartphone resolutions.

In addition, you will be responsible for integrating accessibility and inclusive design standards into all UI components, developing design variations for A/B tests, and conducting technical plausibility checks. The platform will be closely integrated with modern Microsoft technologies and aims to significantly improve employee communication and personalization.

This position can be filled 100% remotely. You will work independently based on your expertise and experience. Ideally, you have extensive experience with modern UX/UI design processes, responsive design concepts, and working with enterprise platforms.
