• Project-based support in the organization and optimization of existing warehouse structures
• Participation in the analysis and cleanup of inventories, including the identification of expired or no longer needed materials
• Support with inventories, stock reconciliations, and stock checks
• Assistance with GMP-compliant documentation and structuring of warehouse-relevant processes
• Project-based support in the planning, preparation, and execution of a warehouse move
• Participation in the conception of new warehouse structures and warehouse layouts
• Support in the coordination of incoming goods, outgoing goods, transports, and internal material movements
• Participation in monitoring expiry dates and documenting necessary measures
• Support with warehouse-related coordination with internal project managers
• Assistance with waste and disposal processes, including the organization of collections and write-offs
• Technical support for an existing warehouse coordinator on operational issues
• Participation in the identification and implementation of optimization potentials within warehouse logistics

3 months with option for extension

Utilization: 5 days/week

Frankfurt a.M., 1 day/week remote possible

Project language: German and English

Must-haves:

• Several years of experience in warehouse logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain management
• Practical experience/knowledge of a GMP warehouse
• Experience in inventory management and conducting inventories
• Strong organizational and implementation skills
• Hands-on mentality
• Experience in providing technical support to employees
• Experience with material and inventory cleanup projects
• Knowledge of waste and disposal management
• Experience with warehouse relocations or restructuring projects
• Experience in service provider coordination
