Senior Workplace Engineer (M/F)

About the position

As part of strengthening our client's IT team, we are looking for a Senior Workplace Engineer (M/F)

You will act as a technical expert to modernize, secure, and automate the workstation environment and Microsoft 365 collaborative tools. Your role will combine engineering, Level 3 support for complex issues, and process industrialization.

🎯 Your Main Responsibilities

Workstation Engineering & Administration:

Configure, secure, and optimize Windows 11 systems.

Manage and evolve deployment tools (SCCM / Intune) as well as masterization and application packaging.

Validate and technically integrate new PC hardware.

Microsoft 365 & Identity:

Administer M365 services (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive).

Participate in identity and access management (Entra ID / Active Directory, Conditional Access).

Level 3 Support & Automation:

Diagnose and resolve complex Level 3 incidents (workstation, authentication, connectivity).

Automate recurring tasks using scripts (PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API).

Documentation & Knowledge Transfer:

Write procedures, standards, and technical sheets (runbooks).

Ensure knowledge transfer to support and operations teams.

Profile & Skills Sought

Experience: Senior (solid experience in Workplace engineering).

Key Skills:

Systems & Deployment: Windows 10/11, SCCM/MECM, Intune, Application Packaging.

Cloud Environment & Identity: Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive), Entra ID, Active Directory.

Scripting: PowerShell (Microsoft Graph API is a plus).

Security & Diagnostics: Resolution of complex incidents (L3), security policies (GPO, Conditional Access).

Personal Aptitudes:

Autonomy, pragmatism, and strong investigation skills.

Focus on automation, industrialization, and documentation quality.

Team spirit and good communication.
