Hi dear expert,

we are currently building a new startup in the high-priced AI segment for the B2B market.

We are looking for you to support us in establishing ourselves early and becoming successful in the long term.

Our goal is to be found organically by high-class prospects through search and AI next summer.

Since we have not yet received any funding, we cannot pay usual hourly rates and would like to offer a success-based form of payment instead.

Because you will contribute crucially to our success, the remuneration should naturally also be generous later on.

We want to clarify how exactly this could look together with you and record it contractually.

It is important to us that you are highly experienced and self-motivated and can prove it.

Outstanding technical understanding, learning ability, and precise language skills are crucial (because it's a very technical niche).

It is irrelevant when, from where, or how much you work. What counts is only the clarity of your approach, your output, and the progress towards the goal mentioned above.

We see you as a permanent part of our team for the first 1-2 years and want to support you constantly accordingly and be equally supported by you.

The downside is probably clear to you.

The upside is the chance to participate in a new, high-tech market that is growing rapidly and to be well rewarded accordingly if successful.
