A successful Service Charge Accountant should have:

- Produce regular financial reports for internal and external use.
- Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation.
- Support the wider accounting team with ad hoc tasks as required.
- Experience in preparing and managing service charge accounts.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
