Seeking an interim Service Delivery Manager to establish ITGC processes, develop performance monitoring tools, and align IT infrastructure with organizational needs.
Project overview
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Setting up ITGC processes for measurable control of activities
- Developing processes and tools to track and report performance via SLAs and KPIs
- Identifying risks and discussing improvement opportunities in information processes with colleagues
- Aligning IT infrastructure with the information needs of the organization
- Sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues in using data
- Advising on solutions and guiding stakeholders on possibilities
- Educational level of at least a completed HBO bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with service delivery management, gained in the last 5 years
- Experience with setting up ITGC processes, gained in the last 3 years
- Practical experience with contract management and procurement processes
- Knowledge of service management and experience as a process manager, for example as a change or incident manager
- Strong oral and written advisory skills
