A government digital programme is looking for an experienced Service Designer to support work across Discovery and Alpha.

- Outside IR35 up to £450/day
- 4-5 months initially Scope to extend
- Mainly remote; occasional client-site travel
- UK based
- Strong government/GDS Service Design background
- Discovery and Alpha delivery
- Journey mapping and service blueprinting
- Workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement
- Working closely with User Research, Product and Delivery teams
- Experience designing services for vulnerable users or people with complex needs would be particularly useful
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: 5 months
- Location: London, UK, GB
- Rate: 50-56 EUR/h
