Manage and optimize the ServiceNow platform within an ICT Service Management environment.

Nasze wymagania:
- Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform.
- Manage security, upgrades, incidents, and platform availability.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Support ServiceNow enhancement projects and bug fixing activities.
- Contribute to risk management, disaster recovery, and service continuity.
- Deliver training, user support, and maintain technical documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree
- ServiceNow certification(s)
- Practical experience with MariaDB
- English C1
