Seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with AI Control Tower interest for a long-term project in the mobility and transport sector. The role involves central management of AI applications and governance processes within ServiceNow.
Project overview
ServiceNow AI Control Tower Developer (m/f/d) | Freelance | 12 Months | Remote / Vienna
For a long-term project with a major company in the mobility and transport sector, we are currently looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with an interest or experience in AI Control Tower (AICT).
The project involves centrally managing AI applications, AI Agents, and use cases via ServiceNow, establishing governance processes, and integrating various systems.
Responsibilities
Configure and further develop ServiceNow AI Control Tower
Implement workflows for AI Governance, Risk Assessments, and approval processes
Integrate CMDB/CSDM and other ServiceNow modules
Develop interfaces via REST APIs, IntegrationHub, and Service Graph Connectors
Connect AI Control Tower with GRC/IRM and other platform functions
Create dashboards, reports, and technical documentation
What you should bring:
At least 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
Good knowledge of JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, and Script Includes
Experience with CMDB/CSDM and ServiceNow integrations
Basic understanding of GRC/IRM and AI Governance
Fluent German and English skills
Nice to have
Experience with AI Control Tower, Now Assist, or AI Agents
Knowledge of AI Gateway, MCP, or Service Graph Connectors
ServiceNow CAD or CSA certification
Knowledge in the area of EU AI Act or ISO 42001
Have you not worked with AI Control Tower yet? Not a disqualifier. If you have a strong technical command of ServiceNow and experience with integrations, CMDB, and workflows, your profile is still interesting.

Initially 12 months
Utilization: Full-time
Predominantly Remote
On-site in Vienna: 1 day per week or bundled 3-4 days once a month
Languages: Fluent German and English
Contract type: Freelance / B2B
