- Analysis of existing dashboards, reporting/PA functions, data structures, and permissions
- Document reuse and necessary extensions
- Validation of the 14 ServiceNow-native KPI implementation paths
- Configuration of views, lists, and widgets according to approved KPI definitions
- Verification of service, CI, provider, and ticket references
- Ensuring source data record navigation and permissible drill-throughs from Power BI
- Coordination of approved extractions, technical identities, and minimal permissions
- Support for regression testing, source reconciliation, and role-based acceptance
- Visible identification of data and link gaps
- Creation of technical documentation and runbook contributions
- Support for training and operational handover
- Senior professional level with demonstrable ServiceNow architecture and implementation experience
- Sound knowledge in Reporting and Performance Analytics / Platform Analytics
- Experience with license and function verification
- Experience with Incident, Problem, Change, and SLA data
- Experience with CMDB and Service Relationships
- Demonstrable dashboard extensions while maintaining existing operational functions
- Experience with REST/APIs or controlled exports
- Experience with technical accounts and role-based access rights
- Understanding of hybrid ServiceNow/Fabric/Power BI architectures
- Experience with source reconciliation, data quality, regression testing, UAT, and source data record navigation
- Ability to document configurations and operational processes
- Experience in handover to support teams
