ServiceNow HRSD Solution Architect
Seeking a ServiceNow HRSD Solution Architect to lead the transformation of an existing HR Service Delivery environment towards a scalable, maintainable, and ServiceNow best-practice operating model.
The focus will be on reducing customisation, removing technical debt, increasing adoption of out-of-the-box functionality, and ensuring the platform can be efficiently upgraded and enhanced. Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and soft skills are essential.

- Assess existing HRSD implementation, including customisations, integrations, workflows, and data models.
- Identify technical debt, unsupported design patterns, and upgrade risks.
- Review HR processes against ServiceNow best practices.
- Define target-state architecture and roadmap.
- Drive adoption of out-of-the-box functionality.
- Retire bespoke workflows, scripts, and catalogue items where appropriate.
- Establish architecture governance, standards, and design principles.
- Support upgrade readiness and release management activities.
- Present architecture recommendations and transformation roadmaps.
- Support the development of a ServiceNow HRSD Knowledge Centre.
- Extensive ServiceNow HRSD experience.
- Proven experience assessing and remediating ServiceNow environments.
- Experience leading platform transformation and optimisation programmes.
- Strong understanding of HRSD architecture and governance.
- Experience reducing customisation and driving OOTB adoption.
- Knowledge of HR operating models and employee experience solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
