ServiceNow Architect
£500 pd outside IR35
London- 4 days per week onsite required
We're supporting a leading organisation as they embark on a significant ServiceNow transformation and are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead solution design, architecture governance, and platform best practice across multiple workstreams.
This is a hands-on architecture role requiring strong technical expertise, stakeholder engagement skills, and a proven track record delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations within complex environments.

- Significant experience operating as a ServiceNow Architect or Lead Developer with proven hands-on ServiceNow experience
- Experience delivering multiple ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC/IRM and SPM.
- Strong expertise across:
- ServiceNow Scripting (Client & Server Side)
- Flow Designer
- IntegrationHub
- Service Portal/Employee Center
- Automated Test Framework (ATF)
- CMDB architecture
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems using REST, SOAP and MID Servers.
- Proven track record delivering end-to-end implementations from design through to deployment.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow security, including ACLs, roles and domain separation.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable operating within complex, regulated organisations.
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or working towards CTA
- Multiple CIS certifications (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC)
- Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices
