Project overview

For my client, I am looking for a ServiceNow Architect.

Responsibilities

• Creation of a target architecture concept for the ServiceNow platform, taking into account the defined requirements of the ITD platform program.
• Creation of a CMDB target model based on the ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
• Creation of a system context model including interface overview and information flows.
• Creation of a capability model for the ServiceNow functions within the scope.
• Creation of a business class and data model including CI classes, master data objects, and relationship models.
• Performance of a documented fit-gap analysis between defined IST processes and OOTB functionalities of ServiceNow.
• Creation of an architecture decision template for ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM module options.
• Creation of a governance concept including architecture principles and review procedures.
• Performance of a maximum of [Number] architecture review appointments for technical coordination of the created artifacts.
• Creation of an architecture guide for the use of the defined standards.
