Project overview
Essential:
- Design, develop, configure, and customise ServiceNow platform solutions.
- Build and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts.
- Develop ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, APIs, and Middleware technologies.
- Configure and enhance core ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and SPM.
- Develop custom applications using ServiceNow App Engine.
- Create and maintain Flow Designer workflows and process automations.
