Dear colleagues,

For an ongoing ServiceNow project, we are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer / Consultant (m/f/d) with a focus on Health & Safety. The focus is on the introduction and further development of the ServiceNow Health & Safety application for the digitalization of work, health, and safety processes.

• Consulting and further development of the ServiceNow Health & Safety solution
• Analysis of business requirements and implementation within the ServiceNow platform
• Configuration of forms, workflows, role and authorization concepts
• Conducting workshops with business departments and stakeholders
• Support with tests, go-lives, as well as documentation and knowledge transfer
• ServiceNow CSA certification
• ServiceNow CIS certification (ideally HRSD)
• Experience with ServiceNow Health & Safety
• Very good knowledge of ServiceNow configuration
• Experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, and ServiceNow data models
• Experience in the analysis and implementation of business processes
• Experience with role and authorization concepts
• Understanding of Health, Safety, or Compliance processes
• Knowledge of governance, data protection, and access controls
• Experience with reporting and dashboards in ServiceNow
• Basic knowledge in the area of integrations and interfaces
• Experience in agile project environments
