The objective is to structure and publish content in ServiceNow EC Pro, respecting defined editorial standards and ensuring a coherent and optimized user experience.

• Format and integrate content in ServiceNow Employee Center Pro.
• Use the Content Publishing module to organize and publish content.
• Structure content in accordance with defined editorial standards.
• Apply available templates and components: text, images, buttons, links, accordions, columns, etc.
• Configure and adapt the necessary components for content integration.
• Participate in technical analysis and specification definition.
• Perform quality checks before publication and deployment.
• Carry out necessary tests and correct identified malfunctions.
• Contribute to the documentation of achievements.
• Participate in corrective and evolutionary maintenance activities for the relevant components.
• ServiceNow: experienced level.
• ServiceNow Employee Center Pro (EC Pro): experienced level.
• Mastery of content formatting and integration in EC Pro.
• Experience using the Content Publishing module.
• Knowledge of content presentation templates and components.
• Ability to perform quality checks and pre-publication tests.
• Professional English mandatory.
• Experienced ServiceNow Developer / Integrator.
• Concrete experience with Employee Center Pro.
• Ability to structure, integrate, and publish content autonomously.
• Rigor and attention to the quality of published content.
• Good understanding of user needs.
