Profile
- Consulting on ServiceNow with a focus on ITSM and ITOM
- Analysis of existing processes, requirements, and system configurations
- Technical conception and hands-on implementation of ServiceNow requirements
- Management and support of implementation through to productive deployment
- Support for pre-sales activities, especially in solution design, effort estimation, and technical feasibility
- Sound, senior-level experience with ServiceNow
- Very good knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM
- Sound technical platform knowledge and confident navigation within the system
- Hands-on experience in configuration, implementation, and further development
- Experience in consulting, solution design, and management of implementation
