ServiceNow ITSM Developer / 3 Months / Part-time / Remote

Hello everyone, for our client, I am currently looking for a ServiceNow ITSM Developer (m/f/d)

• Start: 11/16/2026
• Duration: 3 months with option for extension
• Workload: 15-20 hours/week
• Contract Type: Freelance
• Location: Remote, occasional on-site in Hanau
• Language: English (German advantageous)

Responsibilities

Required Profile:

• Development and configuration of ServiceNow ITSM solutions
• Customization of workflows, business rules, client scripts, and ACLs
• Building and further development of Service Catalogs and CMDB structures
• Development and support of integrations via REST APIs and IntegrationHub
• Conducting tests, error analysis, and technical documentation
• Several years of project experience in the ServiceNow ITSM environment
• Profound knowledge of the modules Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, and CMDB
• Experience in ServiceNow development (JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts)
• Experience with integrations via REST APIs or IntegrationHub
• Experience in testing, error analysis, and technical documentation
• Very good English skills
