- Lead ServiceNow solution architecture and technical design.
- Facilitate Human-Centered Design workshops and showcase platform capabilities.
- Define scalable platform, application, and integration architectures.
- Guide configuration, customization, governance, and technical debt management.
- Collaborate with clients and technical teams on design reviews and solution validation.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- ServiceNow CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, and two additional CIS certifications.
- 5+ years of ServiceNow Solution Architecture experience.
- Experience with multiple enterprise ServiceNow implementations.
- Strong ServiceNow scripting, APIs, integrations, web services, and platform architecture knowledge.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- ITIL v4, TOGAF, Agile, or Scrum certifications.
- Experience across multiple ServiceNow modules, cloud technologies, and enterprise integrations.
- Consulting experience and strong workshop facilitation skills.
