We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow SPM Business Consultant to analyze and structure business requirements and support agile implementation in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
Project overview
For our client, we are looking for an experienced ServiceNow SPM Business Consultant to analyze and structure business requirements and support agile implementation in the area of Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
Responsibilities
- Analysis, structuring, and documentation of business requirements in the areas of Demand Management, Portfolio Management, Project Management, Resource
- Management, and Enterprise Agile Planning (EAP)
- Conducting and moderating workshops for requirements gathering, refinement, and prioritization
- Advising stakeholders on standard and out-of-the-box functionalities of ServiceNow SPM with the goal of reducing customer-specific customizations to a necessary minimum
- Translating business requirements into user stories, features, and acceptance criteria for agile implementation teams
- Functional support for tests, reviews, and acceptances
Requirements
- Several years of experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Consultant in ServiceNow projects
- Sound knowledge in at least three of the following areas: Demand Management, Portfolio Management, Project Management, Resource Management, and Enterprise Agile Planning (EAP)
- Experience in conducting and moderating workshops with management and business stakeholders
- Experience in creating user stories, features, and acceptance criteria for agile teams
- Very good knowledge of agile working methods, especially Scrum and SAFe
