Job description
We are looking for a ServiceNow Tester with experience in test case creation, execution, and documentation, as well as supporting the Scrum team and ensuring acceptance criteria are met. The role requires experience in test design, defect management, and agile methodologies, with optional experience in ServiceNow ATF and Test Management.
Responsibilities
- Creation, execution, and documentation of test cases and test results for ServiceNow
- Ensuring the fulfillment of acceptance criteria and functional requirements before handover to the customer
- Support of the Scrum team, including analysis of requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria regarding testability and completeness
- Independent creation and execution of functional tests, regression tests, and end-to-end tests
- Support of the business department and testers in the creation, execution, and analysis of tests and test results
Requirements
Framework conditions
- Several years of experience as a tester or business analyst, optionally in ServiceNow projects
- Experience in test design, test case creation, and defect management
- Knowledge of common test methods and techniques, e.g., exploratory testing, risk-based testing, and regression testing
- Experience with agile working methods, especially SAFe
- Optional: Experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) and ServiceNow Test Management 2.0
- Experience with complex enterprise environments is an advantage
- Optional: ISTQB certification
- Start: Immediately
- Duration: Long-term utilization planned
- Location: Vienna
- Remote share: Predominantly remote, occasional on-site appointments with the customer in Vienna
- Customer: Banking / Insurance
- Hourly rate: Guideline approx. 800 per day (tbd)
