• Machine Setup & Programming: You will set up and program our injection molding machines (Arburg, Demag) for processing high-quality plastics
• precisely and efficiently.
• Mold Changes & Troubleshooting: You will equip molds, identify injection molding defects and malfunctions, and resolve them independently.
• Quality Assurance: You will take responsibility for quality and ensure flawless results.
• Maintenance & Planning: You will support maintenance, repairs, and machine allocation planning.
• Team Leadership: You will assign operating personnel and work closely with your colleagues.
• Completed technical training as a process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology (m/f/d)
• specialization molded parts, or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in injection molding is a plus.
• Strong quality awareness, technical understanding, and the ability to work independently.
• Good German language skills, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system.
