Profile
- Taking full responsibility for the SHE activities of the clinical supply chain within the Global Clinical Supply Chain Organization, KAU
- Shaping the strategic direction of the clinical supply and operations organization with regard to SHE activities and goals in close cooperation with key stakeholders and the leadership team
- Coordinating corresponding activities and initiatives in close cooperation with various PTDS areas and local interfaces
- Moderating/conducting risk assessments and ensuring the continuous maintenance of SHE risk management
- Promoting global alignment, standardization, and harmonization between the clinical supply organization and other PT functions where it is beneficial for the entire clinical supply network
- Operational experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a similar environment
- University degree (Bachelor, Master, MBA) in pharmaceutical technology, a relevant natural science discipline, or a comparable field, or technical training/qualification (e.g., technician/master craftsman) with relevant professional experience. Professional experience in pharmaceutical production or packaging
- Sound experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, packaging, quality assurance, compliance, or supply chain
- Good understanding of regulatory and quality-related requirements as well as industry best practices and methods for production efficiency (5S, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma etc.)
- Good understanding of SHE requirements and guidelines
- Proven effective collaboration across cultures and locations with the ability to drive alignment
- Ability to proactively and effectively collaborate with stakeholders and other interfaces for company-wide results optimization
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills in German and English
