Seeking a Project Manager with construction supervision experience for a shipbuilding project in Lithuania, focusing on hull and equipment construction.
Project overview
Start Project: March 2027, Location: Shipyard Lithuania, Duration: approx. 12 months
Our German client (HH) has the function of client representation. The shipyard in Lithuania can be booked for the third market, so to speak. The shipyard is independent, like a production line, you can buy construction services there.
Basically, it's about classic construction supervision plus more support, monitoring, and correction. Constant patrolling, as it's called, plus reporting defects, tracking/correcting the construction schedule. So basically a project manager with construction supervision experience. Accommodation will be provided in Lithuania, a car could be rented or brought along, as it is easily accessible by sea. The manager should be the main point of contact for all stakeholders.
This project is about the hull with equipment, not the interior finishing. No completion guarantee.
MUST: Have experience in steel construction/welding technology.
No disciplinary personnel responsibility, but technically lead 150-200 employees
