Shopware 6 Webshop with B2B & B2C Sales Channels and ERP Integration

Project overview

Project Goal: Establishment of a new Shopware 6 webshop with two separate sales channels (each with its own domain) for B2B and B2C customers, including ERP data integration for article and price data.

Responsibilities

• Setup of two sales channels in Shopware 6 with different domains
• B2B sales channel: Login required for customers (access credentials created in ERP), display of net prices including customer-specific prices (customer number / article number / price)
• B2C sales channel: Guest checkout with integrated payment process, prices are increased by 15% compared to the ERP net price
• Common article master data for both sales channels
• Integration with SQL Server 2022: Data transfer from SQL to Shopware (article and customer data, prices)
• No data rollback to ERP is planned; orders will be manually entered into the ERP
• Backend configuration: Checkout including payment processing, deliveries, adjustments to article data and additional fields, customer and article data
• Frontend implementation of both sales channels (B2B and B2C)

• Functional Shopware 6 webshop with two fully set up sales channels (B2B and B2C) on separate domains
• Correct pricing logic: Net prices for B2B including customer-specific prices; B2C prices automatically increased by 15%
• Functioning data synchronization from SQL Server 2022 to Shopware for article, customer, and price data
• Fully configured backend (checkout, payment, delivery, article data)
