SI Banking Solutions Architect – Customer Knowledge / KYC (M/F)

Project overview

Within the Solutions Architecture Department of a large banking group, you will support product teams in the framing, design, and evolution of information system solutions.

Your work primarily concerns the Customer Knowledge domain: onboarding, KYC (Know Your Customer), and consent management.

In an environment combining historical applications and modern architectures, you will contribute to the design of solutions consistent with business needs and SI urbanization principles.

The position has a strong functional focus, while requiring a good understanding of application and technical architectures.

• Support business units and product teams in framing and analyzing their needs.
• Study architecture scenarios and design functional, application, and technical architectures.
• Write associated deliverables, particularly Application Architecture Dossiers (DAA).
• Ensure the consistency of solutions with the SI's architecture framework and non-functional requirements.
• Contribute to SI urbanization efforts in the Customer Knowledge domain.
• Support the integration of new solutions with existing applications, particularly legacy banking systems.
• Collaborate with architects, development teams, and product managers.
• Participate in solution monitoring and provide support for production incidents.
• Legacy banking: COBOL, CICS, DB2.
• Applications and integration: Java, Angular, API, MQ.
• Databases: SQL Server, Oracle Exadata.
• Cloud: AWS, GCP.
• Event-driven architecture: Kafka, EDA.
• Methodologies and tools: Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Jira, Confluence.
• Senior Solutions Architect, with solid experience in banking IS and retail banking businesses.
• Strong expertise in functional and application architecture, with the ability to translate business needs into solutions.
• Good understanding of legacy environments (COBOL/CICS, DB2, MQ) and modern architectures (Java, API, cloud).
• Experience in KYC, onboarding, consent management, or SI urbanization appreciated.
• Autonomy, synthesis skills, and ability to collaborate with business and technical teams in an agile environment.
