Redesign of Client Welcome Portal (PHP / Symfony / Angular / Kubernetes)

Context

For a major player in the energy sector, we are looking for a freelance SI Project Manager to lead the redesign of its client welcome portal.

The project consists of consolidating three existing customer relationship applications into a single portal. The objective is to address their technical obsolescence (Red Hat, PHP, Symfony, Angular) and prepare for new hosting under Kubernetes. No new features are planned. The challenge is to preserve user experience and service continuity, as part of a broader Client SI transformation program (CRM, client repository, marketing platform).

The applications are interfaced with several internal IT systems (CRM, client repository, public website, address management tools...). Development is handled by an on-site team.

Your missions

Lead the project from start to finish: scope, planning, workload, risks, dependencies, quality, and reporting

Frame the project: impact assessment of Kubernetes migration, application and interface mapping, user journey review with business stakeholders

Lead general and detailed design: functional and technical specifications, work breakdown, backlog, testing strategy

Coordinate build and integration: PHP / Symfony / Angular development team, CI/CD, data flows with partner IT systems

Lead testing, non-regression, business acceptance, Go/No-Go, deployment, and stabilization

Assist the scope manager in application maintenance (MCO) oversight: incident tracking, action plans, arbitration

Facilitate project meetings and maintain up-to-date project documentation until handover at the end of the assignment

Profile sought

Solid experience in end-to-end SI project management, with true mastery of the delivery cycle

Experience in functional analysis and support (AMOA): framing, requirements definition, coordination with business stakeholders, and acceptance testing

Experience in application maintenance (MCO) oversight

Good technical background to challenge architecture and delivery: PHP, Symfony, Angular, web portal development

Mastery of CI/CD and IT system integration (APIs, inter-application flows)

Experience in testing, acceptance, and deployment

Knowledge of customer relations and welcome journeys

Basic knowledge of Kubernetes is a plus

Experience with a generative AI tool (Claude or equivalent), to be justified by training, certification, or operational experience

Excellent analytical, synthesis, facilitation, and negotiation skills

Rigorous, autonomous, and meticulous reporting

Very good written and oral communication skills in French
