We are looking for an experienced SimCorp Dimension Application Support Engineer to provide Level 3 support for a large-scale SimCorp environment supporting a global, multi-asset Asset Management business.
Key Responsibilities
Key Requirements
- Provide L3 support for the SimCorp Dimension production environment
- Manage incidents, investigate underlying problems and drive resolution
- Support and maintain development and test environments
- Provide expertise around SimCorp setup, infrastructure and operations
- Understand integrations between SimCorp and the wider technology environment
- Support global operations and handovers between regional teams
- 3-5+ years' SimCorp Dimension experience
- Strong production/platform support experience
- Experience with incident management and post-incident problem resolution
- Experience supporting platforms within an Asset Management environment
- Good knowledge of SimCorp infrastructure including Calc Servers, MUCS, Communication Servers, Message Queues, Batch Services and Aux Jobs
- Understanding of DFS, Extractors and Batch Jobs
- Scheduler experience, ideally AutoSys
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: 12 months
