As a construction site manager, you will oversee the construction of high-voltage substations.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Representing the client on the construction site
- Monitoring progress, costs, safety, and quality
- Directing and controlling contractors
- Leading construction meetings
- Coordinating with architects, consultants, and other stakeholders
- Identifying deviations and intervening in a timely manner
- Ensuring reporting and documentation
- Checking, accepting, and recording completed work
- Bachelor's degree level in Construction Management or Real Estate Management
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a role as a work planner, site manager, or project leader
- Technically proficient experience in construction
- Experience with project management and strong communication skills
- Understanding of construction processes and execution practices
- Familiarity with and practical experience in the UAV (General Terms and Conditions for the Execution of Construction Works)
