Your responsibilities

Are you an experienced site manager with an eye for safety, quality, and smooth execution? As a Site Manager Civil Engineering, you will coordinate and supervise civil and construction works on an industrial site. You will manage contractors, monitor progress and quality, and ensure a safe working environment. You will work in an industrial brownfield environment and be the link between contractors, internal teams, and the client.

• You have at least 7 years of experience in the supervision and execution of civil and construction works or site activities.
• You have experience in an industrial environment and with brownfield projects.
• Knowledge of and experience with industrial steel structures is a plus.
• Knowledge of and experience with road construction is a plus.
• You have a strong focus on safety and are familiar with industrial safety standards and applicable legislation.
• Experience within a Seveso-classified company is a plus.
• You can independently read plans and interpret execution plans.
• You have good command of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, OneNote, and MS Project).
• Knowledge of SAP, SharePoint, and drawing programs such as AutoCAD and 3D viewers is a plus.
• You are assertive and have good practical judgment.
• You report clearly and lead site meetings efficiently.
• VCA-VOL (Safety for Operational Managers) is mandatory.
• A certificate for working with an aerial work platform (MEWP) is a plus.
• You speak Dutch and English fluently.
