- Working hours: 32–40 hours
- Location: Dresden
- Responsible construction management and site coordination within a battery storage project
- Control and monitoring of all trades in the high-voltage / grid connection area
- Ensuring compliance with schedule, quality, and safety specifications
- Coordination of subcontractors, suppliers, and other project participants
- Monitoring the erection and commissioning of high-voltage systems
- Interface management between the client, grid operator, engineering, and executing companies
- Conducting site meetings and documenting project progress
- Support with acceptances, commissioning, and handovers
- Several years of professional experience as a Site Manager, Construction Manager, or Project Engineer in the high-voltage environment
- Sound knowledge in the field of high-voltage systems and grid connections up to 400 kV
- Ideally, experience in projects related to battery storage systems (BESS) or renewable energies
- Demonstrable experience in the implementation of large energy, substation, grid infrastructure, or power plant projects
- Good knowledge of relevant safety and construction site regulations
- Experience working with grid operators and EPC service providers is an advantage
- Very good German and good English skills
