Seeking a Site Manager/Project Manager for commissioning activities in China, requiring excellent Chinese and English language skills.
Project overview
For our client, we are looking for a Site Manager (w/m/d) for commissioning in China. Very good Chinese skills are a prerequisite.
Responsibilities
- Overall coordination of commissioning at the end customer's site in Chinese and English
- Management and coordination of assembly, mechanical, electrical, and software teams
- Monitoring of schedules and ensuring project milestones
- Ensuring material and tool availability on the construction site
- Checking acceptance and quality checklists
- Coordination with customers, suppliers, and internal project managers
- Deriving measures from project progress and reporting to project management
Requirements
- Very good Chinese and English skills (must have)
- Experience in project management
- Experience as a construction site manager, site manager, or commissioning manager
- Experience in international plant construction
- Technical understanding in automation, control engineering, or mechanical engineering
- Willingness to travel for international assignments (focus on China)
