We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer with expertise in Golang and Rust to join an investment banking team. The role involves implementing metrics for ecosystem reliability, code analysis, suggesting stability patches, and improving systems.

Context / Objectives:
Implementation of metrics to ensure ecosystem reliability
Read code, understand it
Suggest patches for developers, not from a functional perspective but for stability
Suggest improvements and implement them
The person will, among other things, take over administration and production tasks that the manager currently handles.
No mandatory knowledge of finance (desirable that they don't have any)
No requirement on the starting environment

Technical Expertise
A scripting language (Python Ruby or other)
Linux environment mandatory
Knowledge of a version control system (Git for example, this is the system used by our client)
Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (Mongo db, SQL for example)
Good knowledge of Golang and Rust (MANDATORY)
Good knowledge of Prometheus, Grafana
Soft Skills:
Rigor,
Results-oriented (not just proposing designs, but also producing/someone with a quantitative mindset)
With a degree from an engineering school or equivalent to a Master's degree, we are looking for someone curious, dynamic, and proactive.
