Job description
We are looking for an external consultant to support the Agency for Civic Service in their transition from Slack to Tchap. The role involves analyzing current Slack usage, optimizing its structure, preparing for the migration, and assisting users with the new environment.
Project overview
We are looking for a Slack Consultant for our client, for a mission until the end of the year, in Paris or Remote.
Context:
The Agency for Civic Service is the sole operator for youth civic and European engagement.
Established as a public interest group (GIP) in 2010, under the supervision of the Ministry of National Education and Youth, the ASC implements Civic Service, the French version of the Youth and Sport component of the European program Erasmus+ and the European Solidarity Corps (ESC). It aims to develop synergies between these programs.
The Agency's mission is to implement, animate, and promote Civic Service. It pays particular attention to equal access for all citizens to this opportunity to engage.
Civic Service is a lever for youth engagement that also aims to support the implementation of public policies within the framework of missions of general interest.
Need:
We are planning to gradually migrate our Slack usage to Tchap and are looking for external support to assist us in this transition.
The support would notably include:
Profile:
- Civic Service, established by the law of March 10, 2010, allows young people aged 16 to 25 (up to 30 for people with disabilities) to undertake a mission of general interest with non-profit organizations or public law entities, receiving state compensation. Its purpose is to promote social diversity and national cohesion and to contribute to "a society of engagement".
- Analysis of the organization and current uses of Slack
- Review and improvement of the structure of spaces and channels, to make it clearer and adapted to the usage of the teams (140 agents)
- Preparation for migration to Tchap and identification of any functional gaps
- Support for users in learning and adopting the new environment.
- Good communicator, interacts with business units
- User support / training
- Necessary Slack skills
- Similar experience desired
