Seeking a Snowflake Consultant for a 3-month renewable mission in Lyon, focusing on data consolidation and chatbot configuration for customer insights.
Project overview
We are looking for a Snowflake Consultant for a 3-month renewable mission in Lyon.
Mission characteristics:
100% Snowflake POC aimed at consolidating fragmented customer data (NPS, market research, medical information requests, Salesforce, native Snowflake data) into a single repository, then configuring a chatbot (Cortex Analyst / Cortex Search, Cowork interface) capable of producing explainable insights on Product and Process improvement areas.
Several phases:
- Phase 1 – Scoping: kick-off, source qualification, quality assessment, list of questions, scoping note validation
- Phase 2 – Data Consolidation: ingestion, repository/taxonomy layer, LLM enrichment, medallion architecture (bronze/silver/gold)
- Phase 3 – Chatbot Configuration and Testing: semantic layer, Cortex configuration, testing, explainability verification, internal dry run
- Phase 4 – Validation and Synthesis: live demo, business evaluation, proof-of-value note and 2027 recommendations
