• Analyze and thoroughly investigate escalated security incidents.
• Coordinate incident response actions with local security teams.
• Document investigations, corrective actions, and incidents handled.
• Identify false positives and collaborate with SOC engineers and the MSSP provider to improve detection.
• Identify new trends and threats that could impact IT security.
• Collaborate with the MSSP to improve detection and response capabilities.
• Act as the point of contact between the SOC and local security teams.
• Formalize and improve incident response playbooks and processes.
• Develop new detection use cases.
• Maintain active monitoring of new threats and vulnerabilities.
• Analyze security alerts, logs, and anomaly indicators.
• Participate in improving the SOC's ability to detect suspicious behavior.
• Good command of attack methods and intrusion vectors.
• Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK and CIS frameworks.
• Practical experience with one or more SIEMs.
• Solid experience in Incident Response.
• Good understanding of network protocols, operating systems, and Cloud environments.
• Proficiency with security tools: EDR, IDS, Firewall, Vulnerability Management solutions.
• Malware Analysis

• Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI)
