The Berufsforderungswerk Nurnberg is a supra-regional competence center for vocational rehabilitation in Northern Bavaria, offering its participants a concrete opportunity for a new life and career perspective. We qualify, train, support, advise, and integrate adults.

For our location in Schwabisch Hall, which focuses on supporting integration and retraining measures for rehabilitation clients, we are looking for a Social Pedagogue/Pedagogue as a Course Manager, initially on a fixed-term basis, starting immediately.

Requirements Profile

• You support our participants through targeted care and guidance on their path to career orientation, in making career choices, and in vocational integration.
• You will create individual development plans with target agreements, conduct skills analyses, and perform performance and behavioral assessments.
• You will also provide support with applications, organize and conduct group application training, and acquire internship and/or job placements.
• You will be responsible for the courses and ensure the cooperation of the various stakeholders in the qualification process and cooperation with all clients and companies.
• You will also be responsible for the organization and execution of documentation and reporting.

Requirements

• You have a degree in social pedagogy, pedagogy, social work, or a comparable field.
• Experience in the education sector or adult education would be desirable.
• You have good knowledge of the regional labor market and are interested in establishing new contacts.
• As a personality, you are characterized by a confident and empathetic demeanor, an interest in working with a wide variety of people, your independent and self-responsible way of working, as well as communication talent and teamwork skills.
