Function

As a Software Architect, you are responsible for defining the technical vision and monitoring the architectural quality of our applications.

Responsibilities

Job Requirements

You have knowledge of multiple components of our technology stack and are willing to deepen your knowledge in new domains:

• Defining and developing architecture principles, guidelines, and standards for new and existing software projects
• Analyzing complex technical issues and translating them into sustainable solutions
• Advising on technological choices, best practices, and innovative developments within software engineering
• Guiding modernization and optimization trajectories of existing applications
• Acting as a technical sparring partner for development teams and stakeholders
• Coordinating technical projects and initiatives, including planning, resource management, and monitoring of implementations
• Facilitating collaboration between different teams and ensuring a consistent technical roadmap
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in software development and software analysis
• Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing software architectures
• Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• A proactive mindset with the ability to coach and inspire teams
