Software Developer PHP

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced PHP Software Developer to strengthen our team at the Lemwerder, Lower Saxony location. The position is hybrid and offers the opportunity to contribute to future-oriented projects.

Your tasks include the development and optimization of ERP applications with PHP as well as the adaptation and further development of existing software solutions. You will be responsible for the maintenance and performance optimization of Oracle SQL databases, creating technical documentation, tests, and deployment scripts. Furthermore, you will support releases, rollouts, and 2nd-level support, as well as the implementation of new functions in coordination with the business departments.

For this position, you should have completed IT training or an IT degree (e.g., in computer science or information technology). You have sound experience in PHP development as well as with Oracle databases and possess good knowledge of SQL optimization and database administration. Know-how in ERP systems and business processes is required.

Ideally, you will bring additional knowledge in JavaScript, React, Symfony, REST APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, as well as CI/CD and release processes. Good German language skills, both written and spoken, are necessary.
