• Translate SAFe features and enablers into technical designs and development stories.
• Lead the design and implementation of secure, scalable enterprise applications.
• Establish coding standards, conduct peer reviews and reduce technical debt.
• Provide architectural oversight and technical guidance throughout delivery.
• Collaborate with System Architects and Technical Leads to manage cross-team dependencies.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, containerisation and Infrastructure as Code.
• Mentor developers and promote engineering best practices.
• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and SAFe planning activities.
• Resolve complex technical challenges and communicate architectural decisions to stakeholders.
• Extensive experience in IT engineering and application architecture.
• Proven experience as a Senior Developer or Technical Lead within Agile/SAFe teams.
• Strong full-stack software development experience using modern programming languages.
• Proven experience designing secure, high-availability enterprise applications.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native architecture and development patterns.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerisation and Infrastructure as Code.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, code quality and technical governance.
• Proven technical leadership, mentoring and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience working within Agile Scrum and SAFe delivery environments.
• IT/Engineering NVQ Level 4, relevant degree or equivalent practical experience.
• AWS, Azure, Agile/SAFe and ITIL certifications are relevant professional credentials.
