For our international technology environment, we are looking for an experienced Software Engineering & SRE Lead who combines software development, test automation, and site reliability engineering. In this role, you will take central responsibility for the quality, stability, and reliability of modern enterprise applications and develop efficient and scalable solutions together with the engineering teams.

Responsibilities
- Leadership and management of Software Engineering & SRE activities
- Responsibility for the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Development and optimization of automated test strategies and frameworks
- Setup and further development of CI/CD and release processes
- Application of SRE principles to improve availability, scalability, and stability
- Definition and monitoring of SLIs, SLOs, and Error Budgets
- Establishment of monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability
- Execution of incident management, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews
- Collaboration with development, infrastructure, security, and operations teams
- Mentoring of engineering teams and promotion of modern engineering practices
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering and enterprise environments
- Profound knowledge of SDLC and modern engineering practices
- Practical experience with test automation
- Demonstrable experience in SRE, Production Operations, and Platform Reliability
- Very good knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps
- Understanding of performance, scalability, availability, and resilience
- Experience with monitoring, observability, and incident management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Very good communication and leadership skills
- Nice-to-have: AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform/Ansible
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Splunk, or Dynatrace is an advantage
