Role :- Software Test Engineer Location: Alpharetta, GA 30009 (Hybrid 3 Days Onsite per Week)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Software Test Engineer with strong Telecom BSS/OSS domain knowledge and hands-on experience with Amdocs Clarify CRM 6.0 or 6.5. The ideal candidate will have expertise in end-to-end order journey testing, SQL data validation, interface and API testing, and functional, integration, and regression testing.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong understanding of Telecom BSS/OSS systems and processes.

Mandatory hands-on experience with Amdocs Clarify CRM 6.0 or 6.5, including the end-to-end order journey.

Experience designing, developing, and executing test plans, test strategies, and test cases for BSS/OSS modules.

Strong SQL skills for identifying and validating migrated test data.

Hands-on experience with interface testing and API testing.

Experience performing functional, integration, and regression testing.

Knowledge of defect management tools such as Jira and Quality Center (QC).

Ability to perform root cause analysis and log analysis to identify system issues.

Experience documenting test results, reporting defects, and providing detailed analysis and recommendations.

Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with development and business teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with test automation frameworks.

Hands-on experience using AI tools to support software testing, test case generation, test data preparation, and defect analysis.

Experience improving testing processes and methodologies.
