Software Tester Healthcare - Electronic Patient Record (ePA) - 100% Remote

Project overview

For a project in digital healthcare, we are looking for an experienced freelance software tester (m/f/d) with knowledge of the electronic patient record (ePA). You will support quality assurance and ensure that complex applications function reliably.

Responsibilities

Planning, creation, and execution of functional tests as well as integration and regression tests

Derivation of test cases from business and technical requirements

Testing of ePA functions, interfaces, and data flows

Documentation and analysis of errors and tracking of their resolution

Close collaboration with development, business departments, and test management

Support in the further development of test processes and, if necessary, test automation

Requirements

Several years of experience in software testing, ideally in healthcare

Practical experience with the electronic patient record (ePA) or comparable digital healthcare applications

Understanding of sensitive health data and requirements for data protection and access control

Experience with test management and bug tracking tools, for example Jira and Xray

Structured, analytical way of working and very good German language skills

Advantageous

Knowledge of the telematics infrastructure and gematik specifications

Experience with HL7/FHIR and testing APIs

Knowledge in test automation

ISTQB certification
