For one of our clients in the retail sector, we are looking for an experienced Solution Architect with a focus on AI and data-driven solutions for the conception and implementation of a Proof of Concept (PoC) in IT architecture management.

The goal of the project is to investigate the feasibility of using AI agents to automate analysis, auditing, and decision-making processes in a complex organizational environment.

Framework Conditions:

• Conception and implementation of a Proof of Concept for the use of AI agents in IT architecture management
• Development and implementation of AI use cases based on Haystack
• Setup, deployment, and operation of a development environment including backend and infrastructure components
• Development and operation of AI pipelines for the automation of analysis and decision-making processes
• Development and integration of AI agents for qualifying IT requirements and for conformity checking of IT solutions
• Verification of compliance with architectural specifications, standards, and technical guidelines
• Integration of AI solutions into existing work processes and organizational structures
• Support in the introduction and establishment of AI agents in a larger organization
• Analysis and evaluation of technical feasibility as well as derivation of concrete recommendations for action
• Conducting workshops and practice-oriented knowledge transfer, for example through tutorials
• Close coordination with stakeholders and specialist departments
• Participation in the planning, prioritization, and implementation of work packages in an agile environment
• Several years of experience as a Solution Architect or Solution Architect with a focus on AI and data-driven solutions
• Profound knowledge in backend architectures as well as in the setup and operation of development infrastructures
• In-depth experience in the development and implementation of AI use cases and AI agents, ideally with Haystack
• Experience in the development and operation of AI pipelines
• Experience in introducing AI solutions in larger organizations, ideally in the public sector
• Good knowledge of agile working methods as well as in the Biz/Dev/Sec/Ops environment
• Experience in requirements analysis as well as in conformity and architecture checks
• Experience in coaching and structured, practice-oriented knowledge transfer
• Strong analytical thinking skills and a structured, self-responsible way of working
• High team spirit as well as very good communication and moderation skills, especially when conducting workshops
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
